Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe that the material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent, providing the following details:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, and telephone number.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action against you.
